The Osteria dei Merli restaurant is located in the Bolgheri countryside, surrounded by the olive trees of the family farm.
During the summer, you can lunch or dine in a suggestive atmosphere offered by the large outdoor veranda surrounded by olive trees and overlooking the garden and swimming pool, enjoying the scents and colours of the real Tuscan countryside.
The indoor dining room, furnished with simplicity but with attention to every detail, makes the atmosphere warm and cosy. It is equipped with air conditioning and can welcome you even in the hottest months.

Chef Maurizio, young but with 20 years’ experience, serves genuine, typical Tuscan dishes, using only high-quality local ingredients.

All dishes are prepared exclusively with 0 km vegetables, grown in the family garden and on local farms.

The menu

Meat and game dishes, as well as vegetarian dishes typical of Tuscan tradition, strictly follow the seasonality of raw materials.

Particular attention is paid to the choice of meat, sourced from selected local farms.

The excellent own-produced extra virgin olive oil, used for all preparations, gives that extra touch and taste perceived by the most refined palates.

The well-stocked wine shop offers a wide selection of wines produced in the prestigious ‘Bolgheri DOC‘ area and its surroundings.
