Minimum stay 3 nights: rates per flat and per night (excluding periods C and D)
Apartment no. 1 and no. 2: euro 180 per night (4 persons)
Apartments no. 3-4-5-6: euro 130 per night (2 persons)
Rates are per Apartment/per week and include: consumption of electricity, water, gas, air conditioning or heating, weekly supply of bed linen and towels. Use of the swimming pool and whirlpool in the pool, use of the garden, barbecue, weekly change of linen, final cleaning. Shared use of the laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and ironing board, Wi-Fi Internet connection throughout the outdoor area.
- Tourist tax not included in the price: 2 € per person per night, children under 12 are exempt
- Kitchen linen is not provided
- Beach or pool towels are not provided.
- The pool is scheduled to open from 20 May to 10 October, dates may vary depending on
weather conditions. - Animals are not allowed
- Breakfast is not provided
- Check-in: from h. 15:00
- Check-out: by h. 09:30
Method of payment:
30% on booking, by bank transfer. Balance on arrival, in cash or by bank transfer. NO credit cards.
Deposit on arrival: euro 200 refundable before departure
BOOKING/RESERVATION CONDITIONS
The reservation is considered definitively confirmed only after receipt of any
deposit transfer: 30% of the total amount of the stay.
In case of cancellation of the reservation:
- up to 30 days prior to arrival: the deposit will be refunded, retaining the cost of 1 night.
- from the 29th day to the 11th day: the deposit will be retained.
- from the 10th day to the day of arrival the full amount of the stay will be charged.
- In the event of early departures or late arrivals and No-shows, the full amount set out in the
at the time of booking. - The stay may be postponed for a valid reason, any deposit paid remains
valid and can be recovered up to 6 months
